Name, service address, phone number, email address, details about the work requested, appointment history, invoices and payment records. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

To schedule and perform service, contact you about your appointment (calls, emails and text messages), send invoices, receipts and payment reminders, answer your questions, and keep business and tax records.

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your service: appointment confirmations, arrival windows, schedule changes, technician on-the-way alerts, and invoice or payment links. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it as long as needed for service and legal/tax purposes.
